Frequently Asked Questions

Don’t see your question? Reach out—we’re happy to help.

Your first visit is about understanding you, your goals, and how you move. We’ll discuss your history, perform a thorough assessment, and identify the factors that may be contributing to your pain or movement limitations. Based on our findings, we’ll provide appropriate treatment during your visit and develop a personalized plan to help you move better and reach your goals.

Not at all. We work with all types of people—from high school athletes and weekend warriors to active adults and anyone who simply wants to move better and stay active. Your goals are what matter.

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We focus on how you move—not just where it hurts. Your care may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, movement assessments, and corrective exercise based on what you need.

Comfortable, athletic or loose-fitting clothing is recommended, especially if your appointment includes a movement assessment or corrective exercises.

All In Performance Chiropractic is a cash-based practice. We do not bill insurance directly. We can provide a receipt/superbill that you may submit to your insurance company if your plan offers out-of-network chiropractic benefits.

We offer 20-, 40-, and 60-minute appointments. Your appointment length depends on the level of care and services that best fit your needs.

The 20-minute appointment is designed for chiropractic and manual therapy only. The 40- and 60-minute appointments allow additional time for services such as corrective exercise, movement-based care, and shockwave therapy when appropriate.

Yes. Shockwave therapy is available as a standalone service for established patients who have already been evaluated and advised that it is appropriate for their condition. It may also be incorporated into 40- or 60-minute appointments when indicated.

Absolutely. We work with athletes of all levels and can incorporate movement and performance assessments into care. Our goal is to help you address limitations, improve movement, and stay ready for the activities you enjoy.

If you're a new patient, dealing with a new injury, or haven't been seen in the past 12 months, start with the New Patient Exam or Re-Exam/New Injury option, depending on your situation. If you're still unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose the right appointment.

Yes. Corrective exercises may be incorporated into 40- or 60-minute appointments when they are appropriate for your goals and treatment plan.  They may also be included as part of an FMS or TPI Golf movement screen, where specific exercises can be recommended based on your individual movement findings and areas of limitation.

There isn't a one-size-fits-all schedule. Your recommended frequency depends on your condition, goals, response to care, and what we're trying to accomplish together. The goal is always to help you become more independent in managing your movement and staying active.

Yes. Existing patients can book a 20-minute follow-up when chiropractic and manual therapy are all that is needed for their visit.

You don't need to be injured or in significant pain to come in. If you're noticing that you're not moving the way you used to, something feels restricted, or you want to stay active and perform at your best, we can assess your movement and help identify areas that may need attention.

Stop the Cycle. Start Moving Better.
